Czech Republic: 100 years of the Republic in cinematography.

Selection of 10 feature films Czech and Czechoslovak films reflecting the rise of the Czechoslovak Republic, the creative release of the first half of the 1960s, as well as the consequences of the Soviet occupation and the onset of normalization. The selection includes, besides the works of classical Czech and Czechoslovak cinematography, films that map the imagination and innovation of our authors. The whole selection blends with a context that reflects significant film productions based on the strong literary texts of Czech writers or inspired by them.
